The first design leader in Microsoft India to represent the Design Function in Product Excellence Practices in India and play a defining role in aligning product and engineering leaders across India around design. Received recognition and accolades for this work.

One of the first designers in India to extensively work on IVR-based, natural language, conversational Voice Interaction Design. Co-owned a patent with Prof. Don Norman et al. for the same.

One of the first designers in India to play a key role in establishing the Oracle User Experience team and the usability lab in Hyderabad, India. Played a key role in training and evangelizing experience design and design systems at Oracle India.
