Over 25 years, he has led design at Microsoft, ServiceNow, Oracle and ISB. At Microsoft, he launched Lists and Viva Connections from zero to millions of active users and drove share growth for Edge through design-led strategy. He received Microsoft’s Outstanding Leadership Award in 2022.

An NID Ahmedabad graduate with two patents filed, he worked directly with Prof. Don Norman. He has spoken at Bangalore Design Festival and Kochi Design Week, and conducted an unconference session at the Don Norman Design Award in Singapore.

Today he builds AI-native products himself.

A Global Strategic Design and AI Innovation Partner based in Hyderabad, he has led design for 25 years at Microsoft, ServiceNow, Oracle and ISB. At Microsoft, he launched Lists and Viva Connections from zero to millions of active users, drove share growth for Edge, and received the Outstanding Leadership Award in 2022. At ISB, he built a design-led accelerator.

Today he partners with enterprises, GCCs and founders across healthcare, automotive, pharma and consumer goods, including Stryker, Mercedes-Benz and Dr. Reddy’s. For Dr. Reddy’s, his work improved patient therapy adherence against a control group in a clinical pilot. Nearly every client comes back.

An NID Ahmedabad graduate with two patents filed, he worked directly with Prof. Don Norman, co-founder of the Nielsen Norman Group. He is trained in futures thinking, behavioural economics and neuroeconomics, and certified in LEGO Serious Play facilitation.

Rajib builds with AI, not only about AI. Every framework, tool and learning resource on his site was built with AI, from a UX audit tracker to EmoSense, an emotion-analysis tool.

He has spoken, taught and led workshops at more than 20 events since 2014, including Bangalore Design Festival, Kochi Design Week, NASSCOM Product Conclave, IxDA and UXIndia. He conducted an unconference session at the Don Norman Design Award in Singapore, moderated a panel at Ignite Conference, taught at BITS School of Design, and judged IIT’s D-CoDE incubation programme.
