Led design innovation for Microsoft Edge, used by hundreds of millions globally. Directed a team of 12+ designers and researchers across browser growth, AI personalisation, notifications, and the Edge web store.

The work was always connected to the business. A single Chrome migration design moved browser share of minutes by +0.38 points: each point worth roughly $150 million in revenue. A single UI change to the password save dialogue increased save rates by +23.8%. GenAI personalisation improved new device retention by 2 percentage points. AI Themes reached 1 million adoptions in the first month.

Also redesigned the Edge Notification Platform governance framework, lifting NSAT from 70% to 90%.

Built and led the OneDrive and SharePoint design team in India from zero, growing from 5 to 15+ designers and researchers over four years.

Microsoft Lists, designed and launched under my leadership, reached 19 million monthly active users across desktop and mobile. Microsoft Viva Connections Feed acquired 1.5 million MAU in its first year.

Founded Microsoft India’s first International Inter-Disciplinary Internship, partnering with RCA, CMU and other international design schools. Served as a founding member of Microsoft India’s Product Excellence initiative.

Work ranged from behavioural research and design strategy to VR prototyping and executive storytelling. For Dr. Reddy’s, a behaviour-based intervention boosted patient therapy adherence to 70%+ versus a control group. For Stryker, innovation strategy led to the launch of SmartMedic, India’s first ICU bed upgrade platform.
