Global Strategic Design and Innovation Partner | Design Leader | Visionary | Coach
Empowering individuals and teams to invent and realize extraordinary new possibilities.
As a visionary, I am driven by curiosity and a passion for imagining a better future. I see opportunities where others see challenges and connect ideas across different fields to create meaningful solutions. With over 25 years of experience in design, innovation, and strategy, I focus on improving lives while helping businesses grow. I believe in purpose-driven work, using empathy to design solutions that truly meet people’s needs. I stay optimistic in the face of uncertainty, adapt to change, and see obstacles as chances to grow. As a leader, I inspire teams to think creatively, take risks, and experiment with new ideas, fostering collaboration and innovation. I’m committed to learning, mentoring future leaders, and turning bold ideas into real, impactful change to create a better, more connected world.
My goal is simple — to empower you and your organization to unlock your full potential, achieve extraordinary and meaningful results, and create impact that lasts.
Click here and discover how we can make that happen. Together.
Over the last 25 years, I have worked across a spectrum of organizations and partnered with exceptional people. That journey, with all its highs, mistakes, and hard-earned lessons, shaped a way of thinking that comes from real practice, not armchair theory.
At the center of my partnership practice is a simple but powerful model built on three forces: Me, You, and Technology. It combines behavioral insight, real-world evidence, and creative framing to cut through noise and get to what actually matters. I help teams surface the human truths beneath problems, push for ideas that are bold instead of safe, and ground those ideas in practical validation so they deliver impact you can measure, not just admire.

Capability & Practice Building
Duration: Flexible
Capability & Practice Building is for organisations that want to do better design work and build the internal knowledge, confidence, and habits to sustain it over time. The format is always tailored to your context. It might be a focused one-day workshop to shift how a team approaches problems, a structured series, or embedded consultation working alongside your team on a real project as it unfolds. Whether you need a spark or a sustained foundation, the goal is the same: to leave your team genuinely more capable, not just newly inspired.
Applications
Build capability in Design Thinking and Human-Centred Design through workshops, a learning series, or live project support
Embed design practices into your existing product, engineering, or business processes
Create a shared design language and ways of working across functions
Coach teams in real time as they apply Human-Centred Design to a live challenge
Build a foundation of design confidence that your team can sustain independently
Examples
Design Leaders: "I want a Design Thinking workshop for our leadership team to shift how they approach problems."
CPOs and CTOs: "We need to build real Human-Centred Design capability across our teams, not a one-off session."
Founders: "We are in the middle of a discovery phase and want someone to coach the team as we go."
Startups: "We want to build good design habits early, before we scale and they become hard to change."
Outcomes
A team that applies Design Thinking and Human-Centred Design with confidence
Design practices embedded into your existing ways of working
Shared design language across functions, reducing friction and improving collaboration
Skills built through real application, not theory from a slide deck
A clear path forward for continued growth through independent practice or ongoing partnership

Photography, Typography, Art and AI
I am deeply touched, moved, and inspired by art in any form. My personal exploration spans photography, experimental typography, and art, where I find immense joy in blurring the lines between these forms to create unique expressions. More recently, with the advent of Generative AI, I have ventured into the fascinating intersection of AI-driven creativity and human artistry. This collaboration aims to push boundaries and forge new paradigms in art.
Here are some of my works that reflect this ongoing journey of exploration and creation.
